Hickman’s Family Farms in Arlington, AZ is seeking an Egg Packer to join our warehouse team. You will pack eggs into cartons per daily orders, ensuring quality and proper labeling while maintaining a clean, efficient work area.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand for long shifts, and adherence to food safety standards. Previous experience is not required; training will be provided, and you’ll work AM shift with a team that values reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move cartons of eggs as needed.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and product quality.
• Good communication skills to report issues to supervisors or managers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Pack eggs into cartons according to the daily order sheet.
• Inspect eggs for cleanliness and damage; remove broken eggs.
• Maintain clean packing area; prevent contamination.
• Monitor packing line and report issues promptly to supervisor or manager.
• Verify date stamps and ensure USDA seal accuracy.
• Ensure egg stamps (US or EB) are visible and correct.
• Replace broken eggs with intact ones; dispose or reprocess damaged eggs.
• Maintain tidy packing station and unobstructed entry/exit.
• Ensure efficient operation and safety compliance.
