The role is full-time in Hampton with a typical shift ending around 4 pm to 7 pm during peak periods. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and match labels.
• Must demonstrate attention to details.
• Must be able to work at a fast-pace, stand in one space and complete repetitive tasks for extended time periods.
• Must be available to be scheduled for work 7 days a week including holidays.
• Must have good punctuality and be clocked in and ready to work on time, every day scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area and prepare packaging for the day.
• Pack one dozen, 6-pack and 18-pack cartons (or flats) of eggs into crates, boxes and onto pallets.
• Verify each package is labeled properly.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the day by keeping floor and shelves free of egg and debris.
• Help other team members as needed throughout the day.
• Put away packaging from work area and clean up at the end of the day.
• Other duties as assigned.
