Qualifications

• Understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Recognize and report product-quality, equipment, and safety concerns.
• Perform basic calculations and record production information accurately.
• Communicate clearly with production employees, leads, supervisors, and other departments.
• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished egg cartons into cases or arrange on pallets according to specifications.
• Inspect cartons for damage, broken eggs, packaging defects, and other quality concerns.
• Verify that date codes and markings are accurate, legible, and properly positioned.
• Close, stack, and secure cartons and cases to prevent damage during handling and distribution.
• Monitor the packing process and report non-conforming product promptly.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report jams or unsafe conditions.
• Communicate production, quality, safety, and equipment concerns to the Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all food-safety, cGMP, hygiene, PPE, and workplace-safety requirements.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as operational needs require.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
