Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills to perform product counts and verify weights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety regulations, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pack frozen egg products according to customer specifications.
• Operate near ovens to prepare egg patties and omelets for freezing.
• Conduct quality checks on product and packaging, including case weights.
• Inspect products for proper size, color, and overall quality; remove items not meeting standards.
• Rotate through production positions as scheduled.
• Work with teams to ensure smooth conveyor flow and prevent jams.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs safely.
• Follow GMP, HACCP guidelines, and sanitary standards to ensure quality and SQF Level certification.
• Report safety or quality concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and good housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all work activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
