Cobb Hatchery in Cleveland, GA is seeking a team member to perform egg packing, sanitation, and related hatchery tasks. The role involves standing for long periods, working early mornings, and adhering to strict biosecurity guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating the egg pack machine, maintaining cleanliness, recording temperatures, and assisting the Egg Pack Lead as needed. The position offers benefits from day one and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps >6 months in the past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule: no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
• Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.
• Previous agricultural or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Running egg pack machine to pack eggs.
• Clean and sanitize Egg Pack Room, egg flats/trays, racks and equipment.
• Monitor and record temperatures in hatchers and setters.
• Hand transfers: packing and/or unpacking eggs by hand.
• Operate high/regular pressure water hose and maintain work area.
