Join Cobb at Bear Hollow Farm in Missouri as an Egg Processing Associate. You will handle eggs, operate sanitation equipment, and ensure quality through inspection and proper storage.

The role requires adherence to biosecurity and safety guidelines and a willingness to work a structured day shift. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package available from day 1 of full-time hire.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No major employment gaps in past 36 months (>6 months).
• Willing to meet biosecurity and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of eggs; inspect, sanitize, and store eggs under controlled conditions.
• Operate egg sanitation equipment and conveyor belts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the hatchery and egg room.
