The role requires a reliable work history, adherence to biosecurity guidelines, and the ability to lift heavy crates. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, plus day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps >6 months in past 36 months.
• If laid off or providing child/elder care, gap may be 18 months.
• Recent students with continuous full-time study may not be eligible for rehire.

Responsibilities

• Store eggs, deliver to hatchery, and grade eggs by shell quality.
• Load eggs on trucks and assist with transport to off-site facilities.
• Monitor hatchery environment and maintain sanitary conditions of equipment and areas.
