Cobb is seeking an Egg caretaker to join our Dry Creek Farm team in Tennessee. You will handle eggs, monitor quality, and keep meticulous records to support incubation processes.

Responsibilities include picking up eggs, labeling shipments, maintaining inventory in Excel, and performing sanitation tasks in a fast-paced facility. This position requires physical stamina and adherence to biosecurity guidelines on site.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No employment gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver eggs from chicken houses to the egg facility.
• Observe eggs on conveyor for quality and external defects.
• Label hatching eggs for internal/external orders.
• Record daily inventory in Excel.
• Sanitation duties: operate sanitizer, clean egg room and crates.
