Nortal is seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across channels, leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer and Experience Cloud to drive engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate with marketing, data analytics, and IT teams in a fully remote LATAM setup, owning end-to-end journey workflows, testing strategies, and performance optimization to deliver impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute personalized journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer across touchpoints (email, SMS, push, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, data analytics and IT to gather requirements and define audience segments.
• Leverage Adobe Experience Cloud to analyze data, gain insights, and optimize journeys.
• Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve campaign performance.

About the project

As a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer you will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and marketing automation techniques to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, incorporating various touchpoints such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data analytics, and IT to gather requirements, define audience segments, and implement targeted campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance.
• Implement A/B testing and multivariate experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
