Job summary

PepsiCo in Hallettsville, TX is seeking a hand-loading warehouse worker responsible for building pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or pallet jack, ensure load accuracy, comply with shipper/receiver paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe work area under varying weather and hours.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and teamwork to stage pallets and wrap loads for local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
