Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or loading operations.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load pallets, boxes, and products onto trucks according to route sequence and loading specifications.
• Verify products, order details, and truck assignments using handheld scanners and RF devices.
• Ensure shipping docs, route manifests, and customer requirements match loaded items.
• Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, and counts before trailer departure.
• Organize and position products to maximize space and maintain safety and product integrity.
• Follow loading patterns and weight distribution guidelines.
