Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to maintain records for inbound/outbound shipments, verify packing lists, and support inventory management.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse environment, proficiency in Excel and WMS/ERP systems, and strong organization and communication skills. You will work with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and prepare audit documentation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; coursework in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse/distribution center preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and in warehouse/inventory systems such as WMS or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Assist inventory management by tracking stock levels and cycle counts; report discrepancies.
• Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in warehouse systems.

• Prepare and file documentation for audits and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare and file documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve shipping or inventory issues.
• Ensure all clerical duties related to the warehouse are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse/inventory systems (e.g., WMS or ERP software).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
