Job summary

Hull Lift Truck, Inc. is seeking a Service Dispatcher at our Elkhart, IN facility to coordinate and dispatch road service technicians for repair or routine maintenance of material handling equipment.

This is a Monday–Friday position with standard daytime hours. The role emphasizes customer service, scheduling, and efficiency, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with scheduling and billing software a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch road service technicians to customer facilities promptly.
• Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance with customers and technicians.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
• Open, update and complete work orders in real time.
• Track part orders to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Assist in service quote processing.
