Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review shipping availability and assign sales orders to parts.
• Keep inventory counts for requested parts and track shipments.
• Process returns and provide online customer service to customers.
• Communicate with customers and support the sales process as needed.
• Track orders via delivery software and notify Buyers of discrepancies.
• Assist with pricing and development pricing adjustments.
