Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, prepping and washing dishware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans.
• Maintaining sanitation and safety per OSHA standards.
• Sweeping and mopping floors; cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces, dishwashers and storage areas.
• Assisting in dining room during meal service and returning soiled dishes.
