Job summary

Julies Culinary Services LLC is seeking a prep cook to support our kitchen team in meal prep and ingredient preparation. This role helps organize and label food, chop ingredients, and sanitize the work station during and after service.

Responsibilities include completing prep tasks in order from Head Chef, labeling and stocking ingredients, washing and sorting produce, measuring seasonings, maintaining clean surfaces, and following all sanitary regulations.

Qualifications

• Knows basic kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to measure ingredients accurately for recipes.
• Maintains clean and organized prep areas and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and chop ingredients as directed by Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Label and stock ingredients on accessible shelves.
• Wash, sort, and measure ingredients and seasonings.
• Maintain sanitary and organized prep station and kitchen while managing multiple tasks.
