Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Coppell, TX is seeking a skilled forklift operator to move, stack and stage merchandise in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will operate MHE following safety standards and company procedures to ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking/packing, recording inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while adhering to OSHA guidelines and quality controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents/regulations.
• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Reasoning: define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience with move management, timekeeping, HRIS or similar software systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently following OSHA standards and daily inspections.
• Load/unload/move/stack and stage product using forklift or other MHE with lifting devices.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pick, pack, label, wrap, and record storage; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in physical inventories and ensure stock rotation and accurate shipments.
