Polytex Fibers Corporation in Houston, TX seeks a qualified forklift driver to safely move materials and finished goods within the production facility. You will load/unload trucks, stack pallets, and ensure inventory accuracy while complying with safety regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities include operating the forklift, using the scanning system to track material flow, delivering materials to production lines on schedule, and reporting any damaged shipments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Forklift certification preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs, FSSC 22000:2005 and HACCP
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Basic math and measuring ability
• Detail-oriented with accuracy
• Strong teamwork and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Load and unload trucks and stack pallets of rolls and finished goods
• Move materials between workstations and production lines
• Maintain inventory accuracy and use scanning system for tracking
• Verify shipments and report damaged or incorrect shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized production floor and adhere to safety policies
• Perform routine forklift checks and report issues to maintenance
• Fill out production reports accurately and timely
• Follow GMP, food safety and sanitation procedures
