Job summary

Pol-Tex, a division of Poly-America, L.P., Baytown area location, is expanding and offering a forklift driver role starting at $16.50/hour. You will operate sit-down propane forklifts safely, pull orders with RF scanners, and ensure production lines stay stocked.

The position supports loading/unloading, inventory control, and may include additional duties as assigned by management. Night or day shifts (4 on/4 off) are available; applicants with forklift experience or willingness to train are

Qualifications

• Recent experience operating forklifts, or willing to train.
• The ability and desire to work safely.
• The ability to work a night shift or a day shift. 4 day on/4 day off rotation as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Forklift Drivers at Pol-Tex are responsible for safe operation of sit-down propane forklifts for the purpose of handling, loading, and unloading product. Drivers at Pol-Tex regularly use RF scanners and inventory control systems to pull orders, keep production lines supplied, and re-stock inventory racks. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Recent experience operating forklifts, or willing to train.
• The ability and desire to work safely.
• The ability to work a night shift or a day shift. 4 day on/4 day off rotation as assigned by management.
