Houston Dose seeks a Forklift Operator to safely operate sit-down forklifts, moving and loading shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will pick and prepare materials, verify counts, inspect for damage, and keep the area organized while following safety procedures and OSHA/SDS guidelines.

The role requires lifting up to 55 pounds, willingness to work in a non-temperature-controlled space, and availability for 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Flexibility to work 10 hours.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Experience handling, storing, loading, unloading, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare material for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to load counts.
• Verify load accuracy, inspect for product damage, and report discrepancies as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all work instructions, safety procedures, and workplace policies.
• Comply with OSHA and SDS standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues immediately.
• Communicate concerns or issues promptly to warehouse leads or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
