Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification and forklift experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience; food industry a plus.
• Basic computer skills with inventory systems/ERP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temp-controlled environments.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Dependable with flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Load/unload raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, and ship orders per schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organized storage areas.
• Follow food safety, QA, and GMP requirements.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing products meet standards (FIFO, labeling).
• Complete shipping/receiving docs and logs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams.
• Report issues promptly.
