TikTok is seeking an Efficiency Analyst/Methodologist Project Intern in San Jose to join the Global Operations team. You will contribute to building efficiency metrics, dashboards, and data infrastructure across Content Operations and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.
• Strong data and analysis skills.
• Experience with building and managing data pipelines and dashboards.

• Establish benchmarks to diagnose under/over-performance and analyze underlying levers for growth.
