SmileAlive is a growing, independent dental practice in Eugene seeking a Restorative Assistant (EFDA/RFC). We value clinical excellence, patient relationships, and a patient-centric approach in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes direct restoration, chairside support, patient education, and proactive care planning to maintain ongoing care. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Oregon EFDA Certificate and Restorative Functions Certificate (RFC) required.
• Oregon Local Anesthesia Functions Certificate (LAFC) required.
• X-ray proficiency and current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused restorative environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.

Responsabilidades

• Perform placement and finishing of direct restoration (composite and amalgam).
• Provide exceptional chairside support during complex restorative procedures.
• Educate patients on their treatment plans and long-term oral health
• Lead the "continued care" conversation to ensure patients are scheduled for their next visit before they leave the chair.
