Qualifikationen
- Oregon EFDA Certificate and Restorative Functions Certificate (RFC) required.
- Oregon Local Anesthesia Functions Certificate (LAFC) required.
- X-ray proficiency and current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused restorative environment.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.
Aufgaben
- Perform placement and finishing of direct restoration (composite and amalgam).
- Provide exceptional chairside support during complex restorative procedures.
- Educate patients on their treatment plans and long-term oral health
- Lead the "continued care" conversation to ensure patients are scheduled for their next visit before they leave the chair.

- Flexible schedule
Schedule is flexible and dependent on patient care. We can accomadate long hours in 2-3 day intervals, or shorter days on a 4 day schedule.
- License & Certification: Basic life support, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
- Software Experience: Dentrix
- Clinical Experience: General Dentistry
- Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental assistant with 2+ years of practice
- RFC certification

- Competitive Pay: Depending on experience and RFC mastery. $24.00-$35.00 + / hour.
- Requirements: RFC, LAFC, 90-day probation period and minimum 1-year contract with claw back clauses
