Responsibilities

• Assists doctors including charting, placement of fillings, operatory set up/clean up, and patient education.
• Able to perform expanded duties following state regulations and compliance.
• Assists in procedures such as fillings, temporary crowns, sutures, and topical fluoride; limitations per state requirements.
• Records and reviews patient health history, makes chart entries under doctor direction and ensures forms are signed.
• Enters and updates patient treatment plans as directed by the treating clinician.
