This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday with a four-day work week, offering a supportive team, exceptional patient care, and a stable, established office.

Responsibilities include chairside assistance, preparing rooms, maintaining patient flow, and assisting with scheduling and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification required
• 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Assist the dentist and hygienist as needed
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up calls, and other administrative tasks when needed
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive office culture
