Job summary

Harmony Orthodontics seeks an EFDA with orthodontic experience to provide chairside assistance, wire adjustments, and appliance deliveries across our Northwest clinics. You will capture diagnostic records, support patient comfort, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth patient flow.

We require Oregon EFDA, RHS, and BLS/CPR credentials, plus proficiency with digital charting and practice management software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical orthodontic assisting preferred.
• Active Oregon EFDA and RHS certifications required.
• Active BLS/CPR certification (Harmony funds recertifications).
• Strong digital charting & practice management software knowledge; Cloud9 is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide EFDA-level orthodontic chairside support during adjustments, bondings, appliances, and debonding.
• Take high-quality diagnostic records (intraoral photos, X-rays, impressions).
• Welcome and reassure families, educate on oral hygiene, celebrate milestones.
• Travel to support Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas clinics as needed.
