Job summary
Harmony Orthodontics is a Bluetree Dental affiliate seeking a full-time EFDA to support orthodontic care across Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas, with monthly coverage at the Tualatin location. Willingness to travel between local clinics is required to keep our daily practice family flowing seamlessly.
You will assist chairside, collect diagnostic records, welcome families, and help patients feel at ease.
Qualifications
- Active Oregon EFDA and RHS certifications are required.
- Active BLS/CPR certification; Harmony funds recertification fees.
- Experience with digital charting and dental practice management software; Cloud9 bonus.
- Safety-sensitive role with pre-employment drug screening and CDC/OSHA/ADA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Orthodontic chairside assisting during routine wire adjustments, bonds, appliances, and debonding.
- Capture diagnostic records: intraoral photos, X-rays, and computer-guided impressions.
- Welcome families, ease treatment anxieties, provide oral hygiene instructions, celebrate milestones.
- Travel to support Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas clinic tracks.
