The ideal candidate holds an Indiana Radiology License or EFDA training, with 1+ year chairside experience and strong communication skills to educate patients throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• Indiana Radiology License required.
• EFDA program or on-the-job training.
• 1+ year chairside experience.
• Experience with Dentrix.
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain comfort while educating during treatment.
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care.
• Take x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D, digital photography).
• Provide expert chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) during procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and follow OSHA/CDC safety guidelines.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow.
