Dental software like Dentrix experience is preferred, with 1+ year EFDA chairside preferred but new program graduates welcomed. The role supports ongoing growth within Heartland Dental.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Prefers 1+ year of chairside EFDA experience or newly graduated program.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and support comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostics (iTero 3D, digital photos).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists and maintain safety protocols.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Manage supplies and support office workflow.
