Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Radiology License (Required).
• EFDA training and certification per Indiana regulations (Required).
• Chairside experience in a general dental practice (Preferred).
• Experience in a professional office setting (Required).
• Dentrix or similar dental practice management software (Preferred).
• Coronal Polishing Certification (Encouraged).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental treatment and escort to the operatory.
• Assist the doctor during dental procedures with efficiency and professionalism.
• Anticipate provider needs and maintain smooth clinical flow.
• Chart clinical notes accurately and in real time during treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
• Stock and prepare operatories with instruments and materials.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols (CDC/OSHA).
• Support scheduling and patient flow to minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and admin team.
