Job summary

Willamette Dental is seeking a qualified EFDA-certified Dental Assistant at our Tualatin Practice. This full-time role supports dentists and hygienists, performing four-handed dentistry, radiographs, and patient education while adhering to state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from ADA-accredited dental assisting program.
• EFDA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment and materials for all dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort.
• Work under the supervision of a dentist performing four-handed dentistry within state scope.
• Take and develop dental radiographs; assess patient medical history and vital signs.
• Take impressions of patients' teeth for study casts and maintain sterilization area.
