Job summary

DelMar Aerospace Corporation at Dyess AFB, Texas, seeks a capable EFB Program Manager to administer the Wing and Operations Group EFB program, including MDM, ForeFlight, and publication currency for the group.

The role supports evolving HQ security requirements, maintains equipment custody and training, coordinates with base personnel, and is on-site with a fixed 1,880 hours annually; anticipated start around Nov/Dec 2026, with negotiable compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required or recently expired/terminated SECRET clearance.
• Knowledge of iOS and macOS; 2+ years IT/device management experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft suite experience; ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and maintain electronic flight publications across EUSA computers and Drive/SharePoint; inform aircrew of changes by email.
• Manage the Wing and Operations Group EFB program per guidelines and configuration announcements.
• Serve as primary Wing EFB Program Manager with an alternate; maintain appointment letters and liaise with HQ EFB Program Manager offices.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, patching and restoration using MDM, ForeFlight and local admin accounts.
• Administer device fleet in BlackBerry UEM or successor MDM; manage accounts and audit compliance.
• Manage ForeFlight administration and train squadron EFB managers on configuration for worldwide FLIP use.
• Coordinate internet service for EFB connectivity; arrange service calls and escort technicians on base.
• Establish sustainment cost and inventory requirements and report them in annual budget.
• Maintain equipment custody and enroll hardware-refresh devices in enrollment programs; decommission obsolete equipment.
• Identify EFB requirements to leadership and monitor iOS/tech releases; maintain obsolescence mitigation plan.
• Use Teams EFB Program Manager site and SharePoint to track announcements and trainings.
• Generate EFB Audit Report and EFB Sustainment Report and perform Stan Eval admin duties as required.
