Job summary

DelMarAerospace Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the Wing and Operations Group EFB program at a U.S. airbase.

The role focuses on mobile devices, stand-alone computers, MDM systems, and electronic flight publications used by aircrew, with emphasis on security and currency of directives. The position requires active SECRET clearance and hands-on device administration, including coordinating with program managers and maintaining publication integrity.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance is required or previously held and not revoked.
• Two years of IT or device management experience desired.
• Experience managing SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing and Operations Group EFB program per applicable directives.
• Serve as primary Wing EFB Program Manager and liaison to AFGSC EFB Program Manager.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, patches and restorations for EFB devices and admin rights.
• Administer EFB devices in MDM environments and verify unit compliance through audits.
• Coordinate with Stan/Eval to ensure current technical orders and publications.
• Manage ForeFlight administration accounts and worldwide FLIP configuration.
• Oversee internet service for EFB connectivity and liaise with ISP technicians.
• Maintain EUSA inventory, device enrollment, and decommission obsolete equipment.
• Work with Resource Advisor to track sustainment costs and inventory.
• Monitor iOS releases and elevate EFB requirements to leadership.
