Job summary

DelMar Aerospace Corporation in the United States is seeking a Wing EFB Program Manager to oversee the EFB program, ensure security compliance, and coordinate with AFGSC/A3T. The role requires SECRET clearance, IT/device management experience, and proficiency with SharePoint/Teams.

On-site at Ellsworth AFB, SD, with full-time hours and competitive compensation. The position entails administering EFB devices, managing MDM access, maintaining publications, and coordinating with squadron EFB

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked.
• Two years IT or device management experience with iOS and macOS.
• Minimum two years of Microsoft 365 experience, with SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing and Operations Group EFB program per AFGSCI 11-270 and Baseline announcements.
• Coordinate with the AFGSC EFB Program Manager and submit appointment letters.
• Maintain and patch EUSA computers and manage admin rights and ForeFlight access.
• Administer EFB program at Wing level in BB/UEM or future MDM and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Stan/Eval and EFB Managers to keep publications current across platforms.
• Oversee ForeFlight administration including account management.
• Maintain WiFi service as primary ISP contact and schedule repairs.
• Work with Resource Advisor on sustainment cost and inventory.
• Act as equipment custodian and enroll devices in enrollment programs.
• Escalate EFB requirements to leadership and monitor OS releases.
• Use Teams and SharePoint for announcements and training; plan future capabilities.
• Produce EFB Audit and Sustainment Reports and perform Stan Eval duties.
