Job summary

DelMar Aerospace Corporation in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Wing and Operations Group EFB Program Manager to oversee the technical administration of EFB devices, software and stand-alone computers, while implementing evolving security directives.

This on-site role at Ellsworth AFB, SD, requires active SECRET clearance and strong MS Office/SharePoint capabilities, with duties spanning kit maintenance, account management, and liaison duties to ensure aircrew have up-to-date, compliant EFBs.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required or previously held and not revoked.
• Knowledge of iOS and macOS; IT or device management experience desirable.
• Two+ years with Microsoft suite; ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Wing EFB program per AF guidance; primary EFB PM with alternate.
• Coordinate with EFB stakeholders and submit appointment letters.
• Maintain, upgrade, patch, and restore EUSA computers and manage access.
• Administer EFB program at Wing level in BB/UEM or successor MDm.
• Coordinate with TO Distribution Officers; update publications across systems.
• Oversee ForeFlight administration and worldwide FLIP configuration.
• Maintain WiFi service for EFB connectivity and coordinate repairs.
• Set sustainment cost with budget process and manage inventory.
• Act as equipment custodian; enroll hardware in DEPs and decommission obsolete gear.
• Elevate EFB requirements to leadership; monitor OS releases and obsolescence plan.
• Use MS Teams and SharePoint for announcements and training; contribute to future planning.
• Produce EFB Audit and Sustainment reports; perform Stan Eval duties as required.
