Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience in investigating and analyzing complaints is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal EEO laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints of discrimination and prepare investigative reports.
• Conduct EEO and other training sessions for agency staff.
• Provide counseling and guidance on EEO matters.
• Assist with complaint administration, including investigations and hearings.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with internal departments on program administration.
• Maintain and update database records and official files.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
