Job summary

Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar and active status for the duration of employment.
• 1 year of legal experience post-bar or 6 months as Agency Attorney Interne (30086).
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and local employment laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into discrimination and sexual harassment complaints.
• Interview witnesses and draft investigative plans and reports.
• Manage caseload and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Provide trainings on EEO rights and responsibilities and related laws.
