Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform EEGs/LTMs and related neurodiagnostic tests. You’ll work under supervision, following facility policies to ensure accurate readings and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have independent EEG tech experience, strong infection control practices, and excellent communication. Multiple shifts are available, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualifying moves.

Qualifications

• Independent EEG tech experience required.
• EEGs/LTMs experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and disinfects equipment in line with infection control policies.
• Completes EEGs/LTMs and documents data in charts.
• Explains tests to patients to obtain optimal results.
• Troubleshoots equipment and arranges repairs when needed.
• Notifies Neuroscience physician for abnormal EEGs as appropriate.
