Qualifications

Job Summary and Qualifications

**Work schedule: As needed, including weekend and call**

Perform EKG, Holter Monitoring and EEG/EKG on all patient populations

What You Will Do In This Role:

Must have the ability to communicate and care for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Requires knowledge, ability and judgement necessary to :

• Perform 12 lead EKGs, including the ability to recognize rhythms which have the potential to alter the patient’s hemodynamics.
• Perform holter monitor patient set up and scan tracing after holter monitoring is complete. Must have the ability to recognize rhythms which have the potential to alter the patient’s hemodynamics
• Perform EEG testing and recognize abnormal tracings
• Make discriminating observation
• Must be capable of performing CPR without limitation and respond to all emergent situations
• Must be able to perform all job requirements independently.

What qualifications you will need:

• 1 year of EEG experience is required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
