Jobgether partner seeks an Enterprise Active Directory & Email Services Lead in the United States with a Secret Clearance. You will oversee AD, Entra ID, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 in a large hybrid environment, leading ~12 engineers and administrators and driving security, reliability, and modernization.

You will manage recruitment, performance, and training, collaborate across cybersecurity, VMware, and compliance teams, and report on KPIs and service quality while delivering strategic

Competenze

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure and identity management.
• 5+ years with Active Directory and Microsoft identity services in large hybrid environments.
• 5+ years with Exchange/Exchange Online/Microsoft 365 and mail flow operations.
• 3+ years leading technical teams (10+ staff).
• Deep knowledge of AD architecture: forests, domains, DNS, GPOs.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID, ADFS, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO.
• Experience with hybrid Exchange and email security.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ or DoD IAT II cert.
• ITSM experience in incident, problem, and change management.

• Lead incident responses and root-cause analysis.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLOs; report service health.
• Review changes with risk assessments and rollout plans.
• Drive modernization and automation; reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, VMware, infrastructure teams.
• Lead governance meetings; communicate priorities to stakeholders.
• Maintain docs, audit readiness, and compliance.
