Primrose School of Andover seeks a dedicated 2-year-olds teacher to foster discovery and confidence through balanced learning in a loving classroom environment.

You will implement the Balanced Learning curriculum, monitor child development, and collaborate with families and staff to support each child’s growth. The role requires full-time availability and physical stamina for a busy early childhood setting.

Qualifikationen

• Massachusetts EEC Certified.
• Lead daily functions for 2-year-olds with supervision.
• Assess developmental needs on an ongoing basis.
• Implement Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and appearance.
• Attend staff meetings and events.
• Experience leading a group of students.
• Full-time availability 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Mon–Fri; must lift 30 lbs.

Two Year Olds Teacher Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Certified
• Supervise and carry out daily class functions of a group of 2-year-olds
• Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
• Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with parents and faculty members
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance within the classroom
• Attend all required staff meetings, workshops and school events
• Prior experience leading a group of students
• Full-time availability between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday for a rotating schedule
• Must be able to lift minimum 30 lbs
