Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting.
• Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones.
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations.
