Job summary

Magical Beginnings Learning Centers in Massachusetts is hiring a Toddler Teacher to guide a developmentally appropriate classroom for preschool-age children from infancy to toddlerhood transitions. You will plan engaging activities, document progress, and partner with families to support growth.

Requirements include MA EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification, 1+ year of toddler experience, and a warm, structured approach to routines, safety, and learning through play.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience with toddlers in childcare/preschool settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed childcare/preschool setting.
• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans and learning centers.
• Foster social-emotional growth, language development, and independence.
• Support daily routines including meals, diapering, rest, and outdoor play.
• Build partnerships with families through daily communication.
