Magical Beginnings in Leominster, MA is hiring an Infant Teacher to nurture babies in our early childhood program. You will collaborate with a co-teacher to plan age-appropriate activities, provide individualized care, and maintain a clean, safe classroom while communicating with families.

Responsibilities include daily routines, progress tracking, and supporting infants’ milestones with developmentally appropriate care.

Competenze

• EEC Infant/Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• A nurturing demeanor and a love for infants and their development

Magical Beginnings is hiring an Infant Teacher for our Leominster Early Childhood Education Center. If you're a nurturing, experienced infant caregiver, daycare teacher, or early childhood educator who loves working with babies during their first year of development, we'd love to meet you.

At Magical Beginnings, we believe an infant's earliest experiences shape the foundation for lifelong learning. As an Infant Teacher, you'll create a warm, safe, and responsive environment where babies feel secure, loved, and supported as they reach every new milestone.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• EEC Infant/Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• A nurturing demeanor and a love for infants and their development

Some requirements of the role include:

• Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
• Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset

As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials
