Magical Beginnings is seeking a warm, certified Infant Teacher in Massachusetts for a full-time role (up to 40 hours/week). The position requires Massachusetts EEC Infant-Toddler Teacher Certification and offers a collaborative, nurturing classroom for babies.

You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, document infants' progress, and communicate with families and your teaching team while adhering to MA EEC regulations and center policies.

Qualifications

• Certification required: MA EEC Infant-Toddler Teacher.
• Experience with infants in childcare or early education setting preferred.
• Ability to create a warm, secure, developmentally appropriate environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide nurturing, responsive care for infants in a safe, welcoming classroom.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities supporting infant learning.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Follow individual routines for feeding, sleeping, diapering, and daily care.
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress and milestones.
• Maintain a clean, organized, engaging classroom.
• Communicate regularly with families and teaching team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and center leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations, health and safety requirements, and center policies.
