You will follow existing routines and collaborate with experienced educators, building strong relationships with children, families, and co-teachers. The position offers full-time hours, weekly payroll, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Providing substitute coverage across classrooms when teachers are out sick, on planning time, or need a break throughout the day
• Stepping in to support infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed, maintaining consistent quality of care
• Following each classroom's existing routines, lesson plans, and schedules to provide continuity for children and lead teachers
• Assisting with daily routines, including meals or bottles, diapering, outdoor time, and naptime, as appropriate to each age group
• Helping maintain cleanliness throughout the school, including classrooms, common areas, and shared spaces
• Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families across classrooms
• Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry
