Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Property and Casualty; Life and Health.
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable in your region.
Strong drive to build and manage an independent agency.

Responsibilities

Offer and write personal auto and home insurance through Branch Insurance.
Represent Horace Mann for life, retirement, and educator-focused solutions.
Develop exclusive territory and build your agency with market access.
Network with educators and communities to grow client relationships.
