Opportunities include Exclusive Agent or Enhanced Exclusive Agent roles, requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. A path to renewal income and ongoing training is offered, with autonomy to manage your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses required.
• FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6 and/or Series 63) may be required after hire.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with educators and school employees.
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance and financial solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, school partnerships, and networking.
• Retain and renew policies while delivering exceptional service.
