Qualifications

• This role requires strong written and verbal communication with all stakeholders.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships within and outside the district.
• Proficiency with computers and district software, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction based on provided lesson plans and learning objectives.
• Cover classrooms campus-wide when the assigned teacher is absent.
• Manage student behavior and classroom routines.
• Take attendance and complete required documentation.
• Build positive, professional relationships with students, staff, families, and campus leadership.
• Work collaboratively with experienced teachers to strengthen instructional planning and classroom practices.
• Communicate with administration on coverage needs.
• Attend required staff meetings and professional development.
• Step into full-time teaching roles as openings arise.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
